The City of Texas City - Texas City was looking to develop the Highway 1764 exit and easement off of Interstate 45. The mayor requested something low maintenance and easily expandable. The chosen concept contained bands of low-maintenance shrubs and grasses that could easily be blended into native grass plantings in the surrounding field.
