Watermark in Conroe - This is a high-end small scale development off of Lake Conroe. This development had garden style homes reminiscient of the French Quarter in New Orleans with little to no personal garden area. Thus, the developed landscape around the houses had to take into account its users. It included a large center promenade, a community pool, mail post, small pocket gardens and a boat launch area. Also included in this project were the development of entry markers and a large water feature.
